It is a beauty. I just looked through the Internet Orchid Photo Encyclopedia: http://orchidspecies.com/ in the Encyclia genra. The flower looks Encyclia like to me. I didn't find any that matched closely though. It might be a hybrid. If so it might be getting its spots from the Encyclia prismatocarpa http://orchidspecies.com/encprismatocarpa.htm and the large lip from the Encyclia gracilis http://orchidspecies.com/encgracile.htm.
